If so, the Peoria store is looking for someone like you as a Full-time or Part-time Customer Assistance Representative.

In this position, you will be expected to exceed customers’ expectations at the customer assistance counter by providing friendly and caring service, and maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include: customer relations, cash handling, balancing drawers, exchanges, cancellations, returns, price adjustments, various credit tasks, miscellaneous computer functions and occasional door greeting/phone operating.

Qualifications include: must have ability to learn and execute extraordinary customer relations skills through effective communication. Demonstration of teamwork and enthusiasm for job is essential. Part-time associates must complete Basic CA Training within 3 months of placement in the position and full-time associates must complete Advanced CA Training within 9 months of placement in the position.
