Responsibilities will include servicing of new and customer owned appliances in the customer’s home including diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of brands, updating customers and their claims. Participating in a review process which prescreens part ordering and routing for future calls are also important tasks of this position. Our own senior technicians, along with the vendors, provide support to technicians working in the field. A company vehicle is provided along with technical equipment and parts.

Qualifications include: a valid driver’s license in good standing and we prefer 1-3 years of experience. We also require Appliance CFC Certification
