Our Call Center is located at our Distribution Center in Waukesha Wisconsin, just two miles north of our retail store in Waukesha.

Responsibilities include communicating directly with customers over the phone to schedule appointments, confirm appointments, troubleshoot problems, resolve customer concerns, and answer customer questions. All activities are centered and focused on meeting demands and needs of our customers.

Skills/ Requirements Full-time positions include Mon-Fri, 1-9pm and rotating Saturdays 9am-5pm.
Starting pay for this position is $10.00/hr
